Recruitment and selection process:
  • 1st stage  - analysis of applicant’s documents in terms of the compliance of occupational experience and qualifications with the job profile.
  • 2nd stage - qualification interview performed by a recruitment specialist. During an interview, each candidate may supplement the submitted information and personally present oneself, his/her occupational plans and so-far experience.
  • 3rd stage - meeting with the potential superior. At this stage of the recruitment process, candidate may gain detailed information on the job he applied for. On the other hand, the superior may check the candidate’s professional knowledge and so-far achievements. Depending on the position, also senior managers may attend the interview.
  • 4th stage - selection of candidates and provision of feedback to recruitment participants in case of a positive decision.
